My workshops cover both technique + creative research. The technical part is about refining foundational skills + physical efficiency in dynamic technique. This is combined with guided creative research which uses choreography, improvisation + imagination-based physical exercises as tools to discover new ways of moving in, on + around the trapeze.The workshops I offer aim to provide participants with diverse technical + creative material which inspires their personal physical practise.
